Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, please still reach out. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards non-returnable/non-refundable. We want to understand why you don't love GOATS. Reach out to us at support@thetwogoats.com to get things in motion.

All Two Goats' original bags and boxes can be reused for your returns and exchanges. Peel off or cover the original shipping label with your new return label. Not only does this help you save money, but it helps reduce the use of additional packaging!

In the return package, include the customer name and order number (the order number can be found on the order confirmation email or shipping label of the original box or package).

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure to keep the tracking number for your returned item, as you are responsible for it until we receive the returned goods. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund or exchange. If for any reason, your return is not approved, we will also notify you.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within about seven business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund, first recheck your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Final Sale items

Unfortunately, since our final sale items are already discounted, we don't offer refunds on final sale items.

Gifts

If the item were purchased via a gift card or as a gift when purchased, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to the email address from the original purchase.

If you received Two Goats as a gift from someone awesome, we would refund the excellent gift giver as they were the original purchaser.
